पैसे ऐठने के लिए आज एक ट्रेंड चल पड़ा है बलात्कार के नये बने कानून का दुरुपयोग करके निर्दोष पुरषों को फ़साओं और पैसा नही दे तो केस कर दो या हत्या कर दी जाती है ।
जयपुर कि प्रिया सेठ राजस्थान कि सबसे बड़ी महिला गैंगस्टर बनना चाहती है। वैश्यावृति, ठगी, लूट जैसी वारदातों में गिरफ्तार हो चुकी प्रिया इस बार एक युवक कि हत्या का आरोप में गिरफ्तार हुई है।

लेक्चरर पिता प्रिया को शिक्षा कि दुनिया का उजियारा बनाना चाहते थे शिक्षक बनाना चाहते थे। लेकिन जिस्मफरोशी के धंधे में वो ऐसी उतरी कि हत्या जैसा जघन्य अपराध भी कर बैठी। अपने दो साथियों के साथ मिलकर उसने सोशल मीडिया पर दोस्त बने दुष्यन्त को मौत के घाट उतार दिया। इतना ही नहीं बल्कि लाश को सूटकेस में पैक कर जयपुर-दिल्ली हाईवे पर फेंक दिया।
पुलिस के मुताबिक इसी साल मार्च में दुष्यन्त कि दोस्ती सोशल मीडिया के जरिए प्रिया सेठ से हुई थी। प्रिया कॉलगर्ल के रूप में एक साइट चलाती है जिसके चंगुल में दुष्यन्त फंस गया। प्रिया को लगा कि दुष्यन्त धनवान है। उसने मुम्बई में मॉडलिंग के लिए स्ट्रगल कर रहे अपने साथी दिक्षान्त कामरा को पैसे कमाने का शॉर्टकट समझाते हुए। उसके एक और साथी लक्ष्य वालिया को शामिल कर लिया।
प्रिया फोन कर दुष्यन्त को फ्लेट पर बुलाया, मारपीट कि और बंधक बना लिया। दुष्यन्त से घर फोन करवाया गया कि दस लाख रुपए उसके एकाउंट में डाल दें नहीं तो उसे बलात्कार के केस में फंसा दिया जाएगा। पहले ही एक एक्सीडेन्ट में अपने दो बेटे गंवा चुके दुष्यन्त के पिता घबरा गए तीन लाख रुपए उसके अकाउंट में डलवा भी दिए गए। फिर भी तीनो ने मिलकर दुष्यंत कि हत्या कर दी।
पुलिस के मुताबिक प्रिया सेठ पहले भी करीब एक हज़ार लोगों के साथ ठगी कि वारदात को अंजाम दे चुकी है। ब्लेकमैलिंग, लूट और जिस्मफरोशी के धंधे में जयपुर के अलग अलग थानों में गिरफ्तार हो चुकी है। उसके आरोपी साथी शॉर्टकट से पैसा कमाने के लालच में हत्या जैसा अपराध कर बैठे।
निर्भया कांड के बाद #नारियों की सुरक्षा हेतु बलात्कार-निरोधक नये #कानून बनाये गये ।परंतु दहेज विरोधी कानून कि तरह इनका भी भयंकर दुरुपयोग हो रहा है ।
2012 में दर्ज किये गये रेप केसों में से ज्यादातर केस #बोगस पाये गये । 2013 कि शुरुआत में यह आँकड़ा 75% तक पहुँच गया ।
दिल्ली महिला आयोग कि जाँच के अनुसार अप्रैल 2013 से जुलाई 2014 तक #बलात्कार कि कुल 2,753 शिकायतों में से 1,466 शिकायतें #झूठी पायी गयीं ।
जैसे दहेज विरोधी अधिनियम में संशोधन किया गया ऐसे ही #POCSO कानून में भी संशोधन की जरुरत है।
विभिन्न कानूनविदों, न्यायधीशों व बुद्धिजीवियों ने भी इस कानून के बड़े स्तर पर दुरुपयोग के संदर्भ में चिंता जतायी है ।
